How does it work?
It's as easy as 1-2-3! If you know of someone that may be in need of our service:
- Let them know that Clear Sky Property Management is committed to delivering quality services in the North-Atlanta area and they should contact us to discussing our solutions.
- Take a moment to c and submit the Referral Form which asks you to provide some information pertaining to your referral. We will also need you to provide us with a little information about yourself so we know how to pay you.
- After we contract your referral to our management services, lease agreement, or the transfer of a property, we will send you a check for each of the contracted properties you referred.
How much will you receive?
We will pay you:
- $250 for Each Home We Lease
- $500 for Each Home We Sell
- $500 for Each Home We Purchase
- $100 for Each Property We Contract to Manage
Program Participation
By participating in our program, you are not bound by any commitments or contracts. You may participate as often as you like, when you like. All we require from you is minimal personal information so we may be able to disburse your payments. When your payments exceed $600, we are legally bound to report disbursements as income and will require you to provide us with your tax ID, or Social Security Number, before we can release any disbursements that would exceed $600 within a calendar year. Note: The amount at which we are required to report disbursements as income is mandated by the United State Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and is subject to change.
